The West Village condo where Academy Award-winning actor, Philip Seymour Hoffman lived and, sadly, died, has recently entered the rental market.
Known as Pickwick House at 35 Bethune Street, the complex was once a printing plant. It was converted into 12 condo units in 1984.
Hoffman paid $9,995 per month for his 4th-floor, 2-bedroom unit which included a fireplace, exposed brick walls and walnut flooring. See the listing here
