There’s one lady who’s gaga for apartment living at 40 Central Park South. Pop music sensation Lady Gaga recently moved into a stunning duplex penthouse where the monthly rent is running her $22,000.
Known as the Haus of Gaga, the property is 1985 square feet comprised of two bedrooms, two baths and four outdoor terraces with spectacular views of Central Park. The living space boasts a marble bathroom, wood-burning fireplace and coffered ceilings.
The songstress once said that money meant little to her. The only big-ticket items she had purchased were a heart-valve for her father and a Rolls-Royce she gave her parents as an anniversary present. Although she grew up in an affluent neighborhood on the Upper West Side, the artist lived a bohemian life on the Lower East Side, paying a monthly rent of $1100 until she went from Fame to Monster Fame.
