Grammy-award-winning singer/songwriter/actress, Alicia Keys, is about to close on the five-acre estate known as Bubble Hill in Englewood, New Jersey.
Current owner, actor/comedian Eddie Murphy, has had the property on the market for the past seven years. His original asking price was $30 million. Ms. Keyes is expected to pay to the tune of only $12 million.
A local real estate source has said that Ms. Keyes will also purchase the two-acre lot behind her new house when she closes the deal.
The talented young songstress is also a girl on fire when it comes to real estate. In 2010, she purchased Lenny Kravitz’ 16-room Soho loft for $14.5 million and listed it this past March at close to $18 million.
